Joe Lomoglio, is a true guru when it comes to developing solutions. Joe is also a partner and co-founder of WebSmart Solutions. His accomplishments over the past 15 years have proven him a pioneer in the industry.
Joe involvement in technology first began by applying technology to the design of custom homes in the Northern Colorado area. From there he found his way into graphic design, and then in early 1992 he began his career as a web designer. Joe's web design work has won many awards. From the beginning, his focus has been on creating compelling, creative and effective sites that position companies at par or above their competitors.
Most web designers strengths tend to fall either in the left (programming, analysis) or right side of the brain (design, navigation, usability), rarely both. But what could we achieve if the left and right halves of our brain were equally dynamic?
You would have a highly creative and energetic person that capitalizes on the latest technology while pumping out in-vogue commercial designs. Joe LoMoglio is such a person, he complements the team of strategists and content developers. Joe brings a sensitivity to content, functionality, strategy, design and usability that are essential to effective web solutions.
When Joe is not hard at work, he enjoys creating BBQ masterpices, such as his Beef Brisket, Tropical BBQ Chicken and his outstanding BBQ Ribs. He also enjoys motorcycles, growing vegetables in his garden and spending time with his wife Rita and their beautifull childern.
Michelle Moore
Project Manager | Designer
Michelle, an Australian native who enjoyed an 11-year corporate career with Bartercard International, a business-to-business trade exchange, first in a design position and after proving herself she moved into project management.
For over 3 years she was an onsite project manager assisting International Franchisees with projects of various sizes such as rollouts of new software programs.
It was one of these projects that lead Michelle to the United States over six years ago.
After completing her two-year commitment she left the corporation and rediscovered her passion for design as a freelance graphic artist in both the print and web fields.
She has assisted companies such as Group Publishing, The Rodeo News, Rieches Baird Advertising Agency, Arbonne International, PSB Marketing Super Store and KPA Medical Advertising Agency.
Michelle also enjoys using her graphic and artistic skills as a volunteer for the Larimer Humane Society and the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society. In her spare time Michelle enjoys hiking, backpacking, and camping in the outdoors.
Rita LoMoglio
Customer Service
Rita began her career as customer service manager at a Tool & Die company in Rochester, NY. After getting married and moving to Colorado she worked for a local dairy as their customer service manager and then she moved onto customer service for a lcoal retail business.
She is the mother of three beautiful girls and she enjoys spending as much time as she can with them. Her love for children lead her into owning and operating a day care in her home for the past 12 yrs.
Rita also enjoys volunterring at her daughters schools and in her spare time, she enjoys crafts, scrapbooking and the outdoors.
Now that her girls are getting older, Rita has come back to what she has always been good at, and that is working with people. That is why it's a pleaseure to have Rita helping us out. Rita is the wonderful person that you first encounter when you contact us, and she is there to assist you with whatever needs you have.
Aaron Janowski
Marketing Specialist
Aaron Janowski began his professional career at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals spending four years developing cranial implant techniques for the analysis of radio transmitted electroencephalographic waves. Upon joining Nuclear Chicago Corporation as the New York State Regional Manager for University Research Reactors he became the youngest member of the team to install a water-moderated sub-critical experimental nuclear reactor at Brookhaven National Laboratories.
As Product Manager and then Marketing Manager for Electro-Optical Systems Division of Xerox Corporation he coordinated specifications for a blood chemistry analysis system for use in space. Janowski then joined Digital Equipment Corporation as a Marketing Manager responsible for hospital laboratory data systems.
After more than a dozen years in industry, he became a senior partner in his fourth-generation family owned diamond jewelry manufacturing business and with the able assistance of effective and dedicated family and staff rapidly expanded Diamond Company of America into a multi-Million dollar enterprise.
Committed to his continuing education Janowski studied endocrine physiology at the Graduate School of New York University, Marketing at the University of Southern California, dBase III programming at The New School, C++ programming at DePaul University, HTML and JavaScript at New York University, and graphic design for the Web at United Digital Artists.
Since 1994 Janowski has been consulting, solving technical, web and marketing related problems as well as re-merchandising a midsize retail chain to enable it to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Aaron has been retained in recent years by DeBeers Consolidated Mines, Trading Technologies, J. Walter Thompson, Jewelers Security Alliance, Babaco Alarm Systems, Janos Consultants, Gem Platinum Co., Laurence Holder Playwright, Jazz at Noon, Ojoyo Safrojazz, Gordon Brothers Partners and other national and international companies in related industries.
